🍎 Apple Cider Vinegar Cured Her of Excruciating Arthritis in TWO Weeks
This is the case of Linda Faulkner, a woman who was diagnosed with this incurable joint condition back in 2006. Since then, she had been trying various treatments, including painkillers and steroids, but they all had little success and only helped in the short term.
No matter what she did to treat the symptoms, the pain, which started in her wrists, had transferred to her back and neck and was increasing.

Joint pain is often caused by mineral deficiencies. Apple cider vinegar is rich in calcium, potassium, magnesium, and phosphorus, minerals the body needs to dull the pain.
Apple cider vinegar is also rich in antioxidants, acetic acid, and beta-carotene, which are highly beneficial compound when it comes to alleviating pain. There are several other recipes you can try to relieve arthritis with apple cider vinegar:
• Add 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar to a cup of cherry juice, drink it to get a relief. Cherry is a good source of anthocyanins, which battle inflammation effectively.
• Simply mixed 2-3 teaspoons apple cider vinegar into a cup water also makes an effective remedy for arthritis.
• Massage a solution of 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar with 1 tablespoon coconut oil into the painful joints to get a relief.
• Mix 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar, 1 teaspoon cinnamon and 1 teaspoon raw honey into a glass of peppermint tea. This drink is anti-bacterial, anti-fungal and also with other medicinal benefits. Drink once every day to relieve the arthritis pain.
