Apple cider vinegar is one of the ingredients present in everyone’s kitchen. Besides being used for salad dressings, it offers numerous health benefits as well. According to one study, consuming apple cider vinegar before going to bed can significantly reduce your blood sugar levels and effectively prevent diabetes. Today we’re going to show you a few more reasons why you should drink a bit of ACV every night before going to bed.
ACV can regulate your blood sugar levels and promote the development of good intestinal bacteria in your gut, according to a study conducted at the Arizona State University. The study examined 11 volunteers with type 2 diabetes which weren’t taking their diabetes medications. Each of the participants took two tablespoons of water and a cheese sandwich before going to bed one night, and two tablespoons of ACV with a cheese sandwich another night. The results showed that the sugar levels of the participants fell overnight after taking apple cider vinegar, which is a big breakthrough considering how many people in the world suffer from diabetes. Several other studies have shown that ACV is very beneficial against diabetes thanks to its ability to lower blood sugar levels.
Besides being extremely useful against diabetes, ACV can also boost the function of our lymphatic system and help the body achieve homeostasis. Take a bit of ACV every night before going to bed, and you will be able to resolve the following problems as well:
Accelerate the healing of wounds.
Treats insect bites.
Treats skin problems and sunburns.
Treats nail fungus.
Treats athlete’s foot.
Is a great detoxifier.
