Airbnb rentals are an amazing opportunity for existing (and new) investors to maximize their real estate returns. As well in many regions, airbnb has less scrutiny and regulation than a tradational rental property.

Who is Adam Martin?

In 25 short years, I’ve had the opportunity to see over 17 countries, and driven the entire West Coast from Whistler all the way through California and Death Valley. I hold an honours degree in International Business Management (BBA), I have been a partner in three start-up small businesses, and travelled professionally through Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba as a door-to-door salesperson.

At 24, I quit my job to become a full time real estate investor working with Matt McKeever and Jeff Wybo. With very little capital and little borrowing power, I was forced to get very creative in how I sourced and funded my first deals.

Since that first deal I’ve converted my student rental property to an Airbnb property to increase my returns while reducing my management headaches.
