I start my day with water
Moringa peanut smoothie:
1 cup water
1 tsp moringa powder
1 tbsp flaxseeds
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 tsp cacao powder
2 tbsp granola of your choice
(I have shared many granola recipes, check this playlist )
Lunch: Gobi onion roast with 1 1/2 khapli wheat roti with desi ghee
(to cook the gobi)
1/2 of a medium cauliflower
1/4 cup water
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
3/4 tsp Kashmiri chilli powder
3/4 tsp jeera powder (roasted cumin powder)
Pin Himalayan salt as needed
2 tsp wood pressed coconut oil
5-6 garlic cloves
1/4 inch ginger
1/2 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp Kashmiri chilli powder (optional)
2 tbsp water
Mashed channa salad and 1 khapli wheat roti
2 green chilies, 1/2 onion, 1 carrot, 1 tomato, 1 cucumber, salt, lemon juice, 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar (or any homemade vinegar), 1 tsp virgin coconut oil, coriander leaves
