Hey Guys! So this is the apple cider vinegar drink I do in the morning first thing and right before bed. I have found this VERY effective for me when I’m struggling to start weight loss or when I can’t get rid of stubborn fat! As I state in my video this is NOT a magic fix. You still have to continue to exercise and eat right. It just helps boost weight loss. I hope you learn something and it benefits you! Let me know how it goes for you and how you do it! Enjoy!! 🙂

Ingredients and Recipe:


1 Cup of Water (To help the taste warm up water alone then add the others)

1 Tablespoon of Apple Cider Vinegar

1 Tablespoon of Lemon Juice OR part of a lemon
