Jillian Michaels and I are back again to bring you this turmeric golden milk latte! We discuss how healthy fats, turmeric and other warming spices work together to bring your body maximum health benefits! This is a latte you can throw in a blender or shaker bottle daily to help improve your joints, skin, hair and nails.

Turmeric Golden Milk Latte Recipe

Servings: 2


1 can coconut milk or almond milk
1 tablespoon turmeric
⅛ –¼ teaspoon black pepper
⅛ –¼ teaspoon ginger root powder
⅛ –¼ teaspoon cinnamon
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
1 scoop Multi Collagen Protein

1. Heat up the coconut or almond milk.
2. Combined the warm milk with the rest of the ingredients in a shaker bottle or blender to combine.
3. Serve immediately.
