If you are not a coffee drinker, I am not advocating you become one. You can use these ingredients in your favorite tea or it makes an amazing hot chocolate. I drink this in the morning before my breakfast and AFTER my lemon water.

There are times in the afternoon when I need a pick me up for a workout and this is what I make instead of taking a “pre-workout” supplement.

Coffee goes directly in to your cells due to the caffeine and the antioxidants in the organic coffee bean. By adding in superfoods, you are basically skyrocketing their transport to your cells. Adding health benefits to your regular cup of coffee.

I can’t stress enough the importance of ONLY buying and consuming organic coffee. Due to its nature to go directly to your cells, if you get an inorganic, heavily pesticide sprayed cup of coffee, you are just allowing toxins in to your blood stream very rapidly.

This concoction will soon become your favorite “go-to” coffee even over the fancy schmancy coffee shops out there. Cheers!
