▬ ABOUT THIS REVIEW ▬
This is our official review of Puffy vs Leesa. We discuss what we think of both of these bed in a box mattresses. The short story is that they’re two of the most popular online mattress brands and are darn-near synonymous with the term bed in a box. Both are memory foam mattresses, although they only use one layer of the material.

Puffy Mattress: This bed is comprised of three layers of foam. The bottom is a dense support foam. The center is a transitional layer. And the top is the comfort foam, which in this case is gel memory foam. The bed also features a washable cover. As for firmness, Puffy is about a medium, which is basically the same firmness as the Leesa mattress.

Leesa Mattress: This is also a tri-layer bed. The bottom is support foam. The center is memory foam, and the top is the company’s new LSA 200 foam. This bed also has a neutral feel, but with less memory foam mixed in as compared to the Puffy mattress.

Other Beds: The companies make other upgraded models as well. There’s Puffy Lux and Puffy Royal, which are soft mattresses designed for side sleepers. There’s Leesa Hybrid, which is a medium firm mattress and is best for stomach sleepers and back sleepers. And then there’s Leesa Legend, a softer mattress with a zoned support construction, a bit like Casper Wave. This bed has two layers of coils in some places.
