Barb and Cynthia are wearing Easy Folded Poncho (a pattern by Churchmouse Yarns and Tea) Link: Cynthia’s poncho is made in a Noro yarn (self-striping). Barb’s is made from Rowan Fine Art and Rowan Kid Silk Haze, held together.
Barb’s WIP (work-in-progress) is a knitted Log Cabin blanket. She’s using leftover yarns. It’s so soft! Barb is using merino wool, alpaca and kid-silk (a blend of mohair and silk). She’s doing another one in squares, which she’ll sew together later. Both of these blankets are done in garter stitch.
Barb is using Addi Interchangeable needles (Addi Clicks) with her soft yarns and we talk about alpaca and it’s soft stretchy quality.
