Learn how to use maca powder 3 different ways! In today’s video we’re talking all about maca powder, the health benefits of maca and I’m showing you how to use it. We’re making maca protein balls, maple quinoa granola and a superfood hot chocolate!

LEMON PROTEIN BALLS:

MAPLE QUINOA GRANOLA:

SUPERFOOD HOT CHOCOLATE
1 1/4 cups water
1/4 cup full-fat coconut milk
2 tablespoons raw cacao powder
1 teaspoon maca powder
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
2 tablespoons maple syrup

Whisk all ingredients together in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil then remove from heat and serve immediately. For a creamier texture, transfer mixture to a blender before warming.
