Though they’re both all-foam mattresses made in Canada, the Endy and Silk & Snow feel quite different. If you’re in the market for a responsive mattress, Endy is the way to go. Fans of a traditional slow-moving feel will prefer the Silk & Snow.
Both mattresses are 10” tall and have a medium-firm feel, but even so, they work well for different types of people. Read our full Endy vs Silk & Snow mattress comparison to learn more:

Hey y'all elyssa here reviewer at Mattressclarity.com today I'm putting Two popular Canadian mattresses Head to Head we're chatting about the ND versus The silk and snow to help you find the Perfect bed for you I'll go over their Firmness feel and unique features but Remember don't forget you'll find both Of these reviews at mattressclarity.com Along with some money saving coupons Let's get started [Music] Before I get into the comparison I want To let you know that if you choose to Purchase either mattress using our Affiliate links in the description below We may earn a commission this helps us Fund our mattress testing operation and It keeps all of our content free to you Let's kick things off by talking about The similarities between these two Mattresses first of all they're both Made in Canada they're both entirely Made out of foam and they are both Medium firm mattresses plus they are Both 10 inches tall And of course we gotta chat about the Differences so these two mattresses feel Slightly different also the silk and Snow mattress has a lower price point Than the Indy and finally these Mattresses have slightly different Warranties [Music]
To really understand how these Mattresses differ we're going to need to Look at their construction so like I Said earlier both mattresses are 10 Inches tall but let's start by chatting About the ND this mattress is surrounded By an anti-microbial cover that's super Soft and stretchy and breathable beneath That is a layer of ND foam this is a Proprietary material that feels slightly More breathable and responsive than Traditional memory foam beneath that You'll find a transition layer made out Of foam followed by a thick high density Support layer now the silk and snow is Pretty similar in terms of construction But there are a few differences from the ND first of all it has an anti-microbial Cover which will help keep you cool and Clean throughout the night beneath that You'll find a layer of gel infused foam This also helps dissipate body heat and It has more of a slow moving feel Underneath that you've got a transition Layer followed by a thick layer of high Density support foam foreign Moving on to two of the most important Things to consider firmness and feel so First of all here at mattress Clarity we Use a firmness scale that goes from 1 to 10 with six and a half out of ten Indicating the industry standard for Medium firm this also has to be the Firmness level for both the ND and the
Silk and snow but what do these Mattresses feel like there's a slight Difference here the ND feels a bit more Balanced because that top layer feels a Bit more responsive the silk and snow Has more of a classic memory foam feel So you'll sink into it just a little bit More [Music] Of course we got a chat about sleeping Positions as well now because these Mattresses have a similar construction And the same firmness level they're Going to work for the same types of Sleepers back sleepers should get a Great balance of comfort and support on Both beds and side sleepers should get Some really nice pressure relief along Their shoulders and their hips we do not Recommend either mattress for stomach Sleepers because they're just not firm Enough to support your hips over time Your hips can start to sink out of Alignment and that puts a lot of strain On the lower back and could lead to pain Over time If you share a bed with a partner you Really want to pay close attention to Your mattresses and motion isolation and Edge support let's start by talking About motion isolation if you don't know What this means it's just that if you're On one side of the bed and your partner Gets done on the other and they start
Switching sleeping positions around are You going to feel that movement come Over to your side of the bed well Fortunately both of these mattresses Isolate motion really well they're both Entirely made out of foam so that motion Should stay on that one side of the bed And should not wake you up unfortunately When it comes to Edge support neither Mattress does a really great job when You're sitting on the side or lying near The edge you might feel yourself sinking In a bit it's not so bad that it'll Force you to roll off the bed but it Could force some couples to sleep closer To the center of the mattress which Means you have less surface area to Really enjoy the mattress How much do these mattresses cost well They're pretty similar especially when You factor in mattress Clarity coupons And Deals the ending mattress though Regular price for a queen costs 895 Dollars Canadian the silk and snow costs 800 for a queen also in Canadian dollars Who should get the ending mattress this Bed works really well for fans of a more Bouncy and responsive feel it's also a Good choice if you have a little bit of Mobility issues because it's a bit Easier to move around on this mattress Than the soaking snow who should get the Silk in snow well this is a great option If you want to save a little bit of
Money because it cost about a hundred Dollars less than the ND mattress it's Also great if you're looking for more of A traditional memory foam feel that you Can gently sink into That's about it by now you should know Which matters will work best for you but If you still have questions drop them in The comments below and we'll help you Out and don't forget you can read both Of our individual reviews at Mattressclarity.com and you'll find some Money saving coupons while you're there See ya [Music]
