▬ ABOUT THIS VIDEO ▬
Casper vs Purple | #1 Mattress Review Guide (2020). In this video, JD covers our updated Purple vs Casper mattress comparison, including the Purple Hybrid vs Casper and Casper Hybrid vs Purple. These two brands are probably the most popular bed in a box companies in the United States.

Casper: The Original Casper is an all-foam bed that uses memory foam, open-cell foam and poly foam. The mattress overall has what we consider to be a neutral foam feel that is very comfortable and accommodating. In our opinion, the Casper mattress lands around medium on the firmness scale. it’s not overly soft or firm. As such, we see the bed as a good fit for all types of sleepers, including side sleepers, back sleepers and stomach sleepers. However, given the flagship Casper mattress is made entirely of foam, we think it’s best suited for small and medium size individuals. If you’re a heavy person, we think the Casper Hybrid is the way to go since it uses coils for its support foundation. As far as price, Casper is very close to Purple. It really depends on coupon codes and sales to determine which bed is cheaper.

Purple: The company is known for its unique beds. Simply put, all Purple mattresses use a special material called hyper elastic polymer for their top layers. As a result, the beds have a gel like feel that is quite rare. This material is soft and flexible yet also supportive and responsive. Overall, Purple offers four different beds. The Original Purple is the company’s most affordable bed. It’s made of polyfoam and the polymer material mentioned above. We think this bed is best for small and average size people and will work for sleepers in all positions (side, back and stomach). Heavy people will likely want to opt for the Purple Hybrid, Purple Hybrid Premier 3 or Purple Hybrid Premier 4. These three beds utilize coils for their support foundations, which is more ideal for large people. On the downside, the Purple Hybrid beds are more expensive.

Thanks for watching this Casper mattress vs Purple comparison. Hopefully you learned a few things and now know which mattress in a box is better for you.
