All right this is a quick review of the Bowflex uh select await uh Mills I want To just show you how it Works it's an easy to to work system uh You just adjust these go from anywhere From 5 to 52.5 pounds and you just make Sure each side is matched up with the Same number and if you do that then it Will come out easily if otherwise it'll Stay locked in these weights do uh do Move around so they are heavy I expected You know that it would be expensive to Ship but um it wasn't it's been been Really really great they're Combined gives you a little over 100 Pounds so if you're trying to do a a Heavy heavy workout uh perhaps they Aren't the best for you however for most Uh young young children adults young Adults seniors it's going to be really Really good if you're really into some Power lifting for bench pressing Obviously you'll need a little bit more Weight but anything else uh you know Curls and any other kind of uh activity Where you just are looking for a little Weight they're pretty great now at five Pounds when you take them all the way Down Uh they are still a little bit on the Clunky side so it's uh you know It's a little bit extra to kind of work With a for for very lightweight Um but anything really above kind of 10
Pounds or or more they're really great Uh and again very easy to to move and Operate Um and uh shipping was fast
