What are the benefits of apple cider vinegar and what it can be used for are questions I get all the time. Apple cider vinegar can be used for many health conditions and it has actually been used for thousands of years!
It might not be the miracle cure for everything as many people may think, but it does have a lot of benefits and I cover many of them in this video.
Apple cider vinegar’s benefits and uses include blood sugar regulation, increasing satiety, energy levels, detoxification, and many more!
To use apple cider vinegar correctly one should start low and increase slow. We are ALL different. One man’s treasure is another man’s poison and it’s true! It will affect you differently than it affects your best friend or sibling.
You should try not to use more than 2 tablespoons a day. This will also prevent you from becoming “dependent” on apple cider vinegar. Don’t use it every day for a long time. Rotate on and off.
The best apple cider vinegar is organic, raw, unfiltered, and unpasteurized, containing what’s called “The Mother” and in this video I show one of the best brands of apple cider vinegar.
