▬ ABOUT THIS VIDEO ▬
Awara vs Nectar | Top Rated Mattress Comparison (2020). In this video, Owen covers our updated Nectar vs Awara mattress review. These two online bed in a box companies are both from the same company (Resident Home), but they actually differ quite a bit.
Nectar is a budget memory foam mattress. In some cases, you can purchase a queen size for around $700. The bed has a dense memory foam feel and lands around medium to medium-firm on the firmness scale. It’s a four layer foam bed in total. All in all, we think all types of sleepers will find the mattress comfortable and accommodating. The memory foam comfort layers provide pressure relief for side sleepers, yet the bed as a whole provides a good amount of support for back and stomach sleepers. Given Nectar is an all-foam mattress in a box though, we think it’s best suited for small and medium size people. Overall, it’s a fantastic affordable memory foam mattress.
Awara is a latex hybrid mattress. That means the bed contains pocketed coils in addition to layers of foam. To be more specific, the bed contains latex foam, which is quite different from memory foam. The Awara mattress has a supportive latex foam feel. We think the bed lands around medium-firm on the scale, making it a great option for back and stomach sleepers. Also, since the bed contains coils for extra support, we’d recommend heavy people choose Awara over Nectar. As far as price, Awara is more expensive than Nectar, but in the grand scheme of things, Awara is an affordable natural and organic mattress.
Thanks for watching this Awara vs Nectar mattress review.
