▬ ABOUT THIS VIDEO ▬
Avocado vs Nectar (NEW MATTRESS REVIEW). In today’s Slumber Yard video, Owen talks about the two popular bed-in-a-box mattresses Avocado and Nectar. They are two complete different mattresses, and we’ll break down everything you need to know in order for you to make an educated purchase decision. Here is a brief explanation of each mattress.

Avocado is a popular, natural/organic hybrid mattress that stands at 11″ tall, and it’s made with supportive innersprings, organic latex, and organic cotton. It has a pretty firm profile, but those who want a medium-firm mattress call opt for Avocado’s pillow topper. Considering its high-quality environmentally-friendly construction, it does have a higher price tag.

Nectar is well-known within the online mattress space as being an affordable, quality memory foam mattress. It has a dense, viscous feel similar to a TempurPedic Mattress, but it certainly doesn’t have the TempurPedic Mattress price. As far as firmness goes, we rated it a hair firmer than a medium.

If you’re wondering how Avocado holds up in an Avocado vs Casper debate, we’ll give you the low-down. Casper is an all-foam mattress, like Avocado, but it’s made with neutral polyurethane foam instead of latex foam. It has a very classic foam feel that post people seem to enjoy, and it’s also moderately priced.
