Apple cider vinegar is fermented juice from crushed apples. Like apple juice, it probably contains a few pectin; vitamins B1, B2, and B6; biotin; folic acid; niacin; oleic acid; and vitamin C.

Apple cider vinegar can also contain substantial amounts of lactic acid and citric acid. It’s used to make medication.

Apple cider vinegar can be used alone or together with honey to weak bones (osteoporosis), weight-loss , leg cramps and soreness, angry stomach, sore throats, sinus problems, high blood pressure, arthritis, to help rid the body of toxins, stimulate thinking, slow down the aging process, modulate blood pressure, reduce cholesterol, and fight infection.
