Do you do a shot in the morning? (A shot of apple cider vinegar… what else would I be talking about?) If you don’t, you’re missing out on numerous health benefits!
If you’re like me, it gets harder and harder to maintain your weight as you get older. Apple cider vinegar contains pectin, which sends a signal to your brain that you’re full and prevents overeating. You might have noticed this happening after you snack on an apple — that’s where the pectin comes from!
Apple cider vinegar can also help:
• Lower blood pressure
• Stabilize blood sugars
• Improve your mood
• Prevent and cure acne
• Improve digestion
• And so much more!
To make a shot of apple cider vinegar, mix one part vinegar with one part water. If you feel you need to, you can increase the amount of water. You can also add honey or lemon. I like to make a shot that’s about 1 ounce so it’s more concentrated and gets absorbed right into my system. You might not like the taste of apple cider vinegar, but I promise you’ll get used to it.
